Phenomainon is owned and operated by 0toAI LLC. The cinematic productions, software, infrastructure, and design system are all proprietary works.

The underlying event corpus is derived from publicly available catalogs and archives, normalized into a common schema. Citations to the original source catalogs are preserved on every event and surfaced on every case file. We do not claim copyright on the underlying factual reports — only on our compilation, normalization, scoring, and presentation.

Witness names, contact information, and other personally-identifying details are scrubbed from the public-facing record. They remain in access-controlled internal data only.

Cinematic reconstructions are produced from event descriptions only. No real witness likenesses, names, or identifying personal details are used. All entities and environments are stylized renderings, not documentary footage.

Free-tier rate limits apply. Use of the research API or MCP server is permitted for non-commercial research, journalism, and education without prior authorization. Commercial integrations require a license — contact 0toAI LLC.
