Two witnesses (Korly and B/H Scarvill) traveling west on Highway 40 observed a stationary object to the west through binoculars for approximately 10 minutes. The object was described as 60x70 in size, cloud-colored or silver, with no shining, rounded on top and flat on bottom. While being observed through binoculars, the object began to emit a vapor from the back, then planes came out the back, and the object moved at an angle — slowly at first, then rapidly at a steeper angle, before disappearing. The object appeared to be the size of a football field. A sketch described the object as fish-like and yellowish.
