Witness Angelo Valentino, while lying in bed, looked out his bedroom window and observed what initially appeared to be a square red and green light in the sky. It resolved into a straight line of 5 or 6 green lights and 5 or 6 red lights positioned over Lake Erie, approximately 10-12 miles away and about half a mile high. The object was stationary before slowly moving directly away from the witness. A local radio station (97 Rock) subsequently asked listeners who had seen lights over Lake Erie to call in.
